Fully Funded First Time Central Heating

This applies to owners, landlords, tenants, and social housing occupants.

If your home does not already have a gas central heating system and you are spending a huge amount of money heating your property, we can help.

If your home is heated with electric room/storage heaters, a warm air system, gas room heaters — or you have no heating system at all — you can obtain funding towards First Time Central Heating (FTCH).

We will install a new Gas Combi Boiler with radiators in different rooms of the property. To qualify, your property must not have had Gas Central Heating or any radiators in the past, and your existing heating system must be old, inefficient, or broken.

If you are a resident that owns or rents a property heated via an electric heating system and are eligible for income-related benefits, you may qualify for a home energy efficient system for FREE.

The scheme assists vulnerable individuals in fuel-poor living conditions to become more eco-friendly and energy efficient — through central heating upgrades, cavity wall and roof insulation, and more, all at no cost.
